[1] Petitioner, a practicing lawyer, being concern with the health issues of the children born in the families below poverty line and marginalized, more particularly, in and around District Sheopur amongst Sahariya Community, has filed this petition highlighting various shortcomings and the issues for being addressed by the State of Madhya Pradesh and its functionaries. The issues relate to health and nutrition of lactating mother of neonatal children, children in the age group of 1 to 5 years, which, as urged, unless addressed, the backwards and the downtrodden will not be able to join the main stream.
